Ashoka University, the Conclave venue, is a premier university with an excellent global quality infrastructure comparable to, and even better than, a typical large American university Campus. During the conclave, organisers will arrange scheduled Complimentary transport for pickup/drop between:
- Guesthouse in Sonipat and the conclave venue.
- Jahangirpuri Metro station, New Delhi, for all delegates commuting from New Delhi.
For outstation delegates arriving in New Delhi, organisers can arrange pickup/drop between airport/train/bus, New Delhi, and guesthouse in Sonipat, on payment.
