Ashoka University, the Conclave venue, is a premier university with an excellent global quality infrastructure comparable to, and even better than, a typical large American university Campus. Located in the Rajiv Gandhi Education City, a newly planned educational hub in Sonipat, about 50 km from Delhi airport and railway station , the university’s neighbourhood is surrounded by several other prestigious institutions like IIT Delhi TechnoPark (Sonipat), Dr. B R Ambedkar National University, World University of Design, O.P. ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be arranged in guesthouses, clubs & hotels in the vicinity of the venue. Daily pick-up and drop between these designated places and campus will be arranged. Delegates may indicate their room preferences mentioned in the conclave registration form… More..

During the conclave, organisers will arrange scheduled Complimentary transport for pickup/drop between:

  • Guesthouse in Sonipat and the conclave venue.
  • Jahangirpuri Metro station, New Delhi, for all delegates commuting from New Delhi.

For outstation delegates arriving in New Delhi, organisers can arrange pickup/drop between airport/train/bus, New Delhi, and guesthouse in Sonipat, on payment.
