REGISTRATION, ACCOMMODATION, AND LOCAL TRANSPORT

LTC2023 is a conclave by physical presence of all participants. Ashoka University, the Conclave venue, is a premier university with an excellent global quality infrastructure comparable to, and even better than, a typical American university Campus. Located in the Rajiv Gandhi Education City, a newly planned educational hub near Sonipat, about 50 km from Delhi airport and railway station, the university’s neighbourhood is surrounded by several other prestigious institutions like IIT Delhi TechnoPark, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Law University, World University of Design etc. Covered under New Delhi Capital Region (NCR), it is almost a satellite town of New Delhi, easy to reach from New Delhi.

1. Indian delegates: Please add 18% GST to the rates shown above.
2. Institutions deputing more than one person will qualify for 15% discount on the total registration fee.
3. Authors/Co-Authors of contributed papers to Experiential Session will be qualified for 15% discount.
4. Discount offers in 2 and 3 mentioned above cannot be combined. That is, if the author and co-author are from the same organization, the discount will be limited to 15% only

ACCOMMODATION

For the delegates requesting accommodation, it will be arranged in guesthouses, clubs & hotels in the vicinity of the venue.  Daily pick-up and drop between these designated places and the Ashoka University campus will be arranged by the conclave organisers. Delegates may indicate their room preference from the below mentioned options in the conclave registration form.

1. Single occupancy: Rs 2800 to Rs 3700 per night

2. Double occupancy on twin sharing basis: Rs 1400 to Rs 2100 per night

3. Suites: Rs 4000 to Rs 7000 per night.

(Room tariff includes GST)

On receiving the registration form with accommodation request, the organisers will review and intimate the accommodation status to the delegates.
Allotment of rooms will be done on first-come-first-serve basis, and after receipt of registration fee only.
On advice from the organisers, delegates will make the payment for the room, and airport transport (optional), directly to the designated Clubs/Guest Houses/Hotels. Organisers will provide payment transfer details in the intimation letter.

TRANSPORTATION

Delegates from New Delhi: Organisers will arrange scheduled complimentary transport from Jahangirpuri Metro station (yellow line running from HUDA city center, gurugram to samaypur badli) on all three days on advance request by delegates. Pickup/Drop schedule will be intimated closer to the Conclave date.
Delegates from outside Delhi:Pre-paid taxis/OLA/UBER Cab services are available from the airport/Train Station. However, on request by delegates, Pickup/Drop can be organised by organisers for an additional charge of INR in the range of 2,000 – 2,500 (one way). Delegates are requested to indicate their preference in the Conclave registration form.
Local Transport: Organisers will be arranging scheduled complimentary transport between designated Guest Houses/Clubs/Hotels and the Conclave venue in the Ashoka University. The schedule of pickup from each location will be notified to the delegates on arrival.
