LTC2023 invites publishers, information/technology product/service providers and vendors to join and actively participate as sponsoring partners in the success of the conclave. The conclave theme is of great relevance to the publishing and information industry as many products/services coming out in the recent times are driven by AI/Machine Learning technology.

We have designed a unique sponsorship model for sponsors, to make their participation more than worth their time and investment.

Organisers will ensure that all sponsors will receive more than adequate exposure in the conclave and through all its promotion media.
Sponsors will have access to the conclave delegates and invitees all through the conclave.
The staff of sponsoring organization attending the conclave will be registered as delegate(s) for the conference.
Sponsors will have access to conclave registration database a week or two before the conclave starts, to facilitate sponsors to firm up appointment schedules with their current and prospective clients.
A networking zone will be created, close to the conclave venue, with ambient meeting arrangements, where sponsors can meet their current and prospective clients through prior appointment.
The conclave organisers are open to suggestions from the sponsoring organizations on the best ways to promote their interests during the conclave.
